Tevere provides career coaching services for international talents residing in Finland. The coaching target group is not limited by educational background and may include individuals with various backgrounds, such as spouses of those coming to work for a Finnish employer.
The coaching is tailored to the individual needs of clients, but the basic components of individual coaching include:
- The client’s background and career goals
- Skills and competences
- Job search channels and strategy
- Educational requirements and basic information about the Finnish job market
- Job application documents and job interviews
- An Individual job search plan.
Minna-Rosa Kanniainen has a long expertise in career coaching international professionals. She has been coaching internationally skilled job seekers with diverse backgrounds since 2009, including unemployed individuals for the Employment and Economic Development Office (TE-toimisto), highly educated immigrants, experienced professionals making career transitions, and university researchers.
Minna-Rosa holds a Master’s degree in Social Psychology (VTM), is a certified coach (ACC/ICF), and a work supervisor (STOry). As a coach, Minna-Rosa is solution-focused, supportive, and respects the individual needs of the client.
